Bucharest, June 28th, 2009TELETRANS operations continue normally after the  Millenium Business Center fire

Services provided to customers by TELETRANS company, located in Millenium Business Center, were not affected by the fire which broke out on the night of 26/27th of June. Although the fire caused material losses difficult to assess at this time, the operations continue normally and there were not recorded any interruptions or dysfunctions in the services delivered to company customers.

According to the international quality standards implemented and to our own safety regulations, critical information services and necessary data for current activities are operated from various locations and are protected through back-up procedures.

"Although the exterior of the building looks extremely damaged, the interior of TELETRANS headquarters looks a lot better than we expected. We formed a crisis team since the beginning of the fire and we were permanently communicating with both the officials and our employees, who were notified of the new distribution in the other TELETRANS buildings on June 27", said Marius Mateescu, Technical Director, TELETRANS.

Employees who were working in the Millenium Business Center offices will be temporarily moved in other TELETRANS centers, where they will carry on with their regular activities. The company´s management is directly involved in implementing an action plan meant to limit the unpleasant consequences of the fire and to reduce the time needed to return to the optimal functioning parameters of the organization.
